I have been in IT for nearly 30 with 20 years specialising in Service Delivery Management in both the public and private sector.

You could say I have been there and done that when it comes to Service Delivery.

From dealing with animal disease outbreaks and polonium poisonings to cyber attacks on public transport and managing IT delivery across Europe I've had a diverse, interesting  and award winning career at the sharp end of Service Delivery.

I have setup KHITServices to take that expertise and apply it to small and medium business, I believe the principles for ensuring good IT governance can be applied no matter what size of organisation.
