Service Advisor is the lightweight ongoing engagement for small teams. Quarterly check-in calls, an annual technology refresh, email advisory between, and supplier introductions when you need them. Cancel any time.
Service Advisor is most often picked up after a Briefing — once you know us, and we know your business. You can also start with a chat if you'd rather talk first.
Service Advisor is for businesses that don't need a full Virtual Service Delivery Manager — but do want someone independent on tap when a technology decision comes up, a supplier acts up, or the year ahead needs a sense check.
No hidden caps, no surprise excess charges. Use what you need, when you need it.
A 45-minute structured catch-up every three months. What's changed, what's on the horizon, what's bothering you.
Quick questions answered between calls. Not unlimited consultancy — but if it's a 15-minute answer, you'll get one.
Pre-vetted introductions to suppliers we trust — for things you decide we shouldn't do ourselves. No commission, no kickback.
Once a year, a structured 90-minute refresh of your Briefing — what's changed, what's still right, what's next.
Pay monthly to keep things flexible, or annually to save a bit. No long contracts either way — cancel any time.

The natural path is via a Briefing — that way we know your situation before we start advising on it. You can also start cold with a chat if you'd prefer.
Free, ~10 minutes. Sets your tier and primes your consultant.
60-min session + written brief. Your situation captured properly.
We add Service Advisor to your engagement. First quarterly call within 30 days.
Calls every 3 months. Annual refresh once a year. Email advisory in between.
Thirty years of running technology service for organisations that can't afford to get it wrong, applied to businesses that don't have a dedicated team.
We don't sell products. We don't take supplier kickbacks. We manage what you already have and tell you the truth about it.
Three decades of technology service management across financial services, public sector, transport and defence — applied at SMB scale.
No acronyms, no overwhelm. Plain English recommendations — whether you're a small team or a growing business.
Every Briefing leaves you with a document you can use — DIY, with us, or with someone else. The service is real; the relationship is your choice.
If yours isn't here, book a 15-minute chat.
Service Advisor is light-touch — quarterly calls, an annual refresh, email advisory. £45/mo or £499/yr. Built for small teams who want us in their corner, not running their service.
Virtual Service Delivery Manager is full ongoing service management — supplier oversight, monthly reviews, governance, ongoing improvement. £500/day with scope agreed after a Review. Built for growing businesses with the operational complexity to need it.
No — and we'd rather be honest about that than have you frustrated. Service Advisor is advisory: we help you decide, we don't do the doing. If you need someone to fix the thing, that's either your existing IT support or a Service Project with us.
Quick questions, sense checks, "is this email a scam?", "does this contract clause look fair?", "should I be worried about X?" — anything that takes us 15 minutes to answer well. Same-day or next-day response.
What it isn't: long-form consultancy by email. If a question needs more than a quick answer, we'll say so and either pick it up at your next quarterly call or scope it as a Project. We don't try to drip-feed Project work through email and we don't charge surprise excess fees.
Strongly recommended, not strictly required. The Briefing means your consultant arrives with your situation already captured — quarterly calls land harder when we know what's actually going on. Without it, the first 1–2 calls do double duty as catch-up.
If you've worked with us recently and we know your business, you can skip straight to Service Advisor. If you're new, start with the Health Check.
Yes. Email us and we'll arrange it for the next billing cycle. We don't penalise either direction — annual saves you a small amount, monthly keeps things flexible, both are valid.
Email info@khitservices.co.uk. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the current billing month. Annual subscriptions continue until the end of the paid year and then stop — no auto-renewal trap.
Full terms in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Yes — and it's a natural step if your business outgrows the lighter-touch product. You'd typically do a Service Review first to scope what VSDM should cover, then switch over. Your Service Advisor subscription stops at the end of its current period; the Review fee is separate but the £295 Briefing credit (if applicable to your tier) still applies.
Yes — sessions with a KHIT consultant are recorded as part of the engagement record. The recording lets your consultant focus on the conversation rather than scribbling notes, gives us accurate action capture for follow-up, and protects both sides if a question comes up later about what was agreed.
The detail:
Your consultant will reaffirm the recording at the start of every session. If you'd rather not be recorded, tell us — we'll stop the recording (we may take more written notes during the session as a result).
Start with the Health Check or a 15-minute chat. We'll work out whether Service Advisor is right for you, or whether something else fits better.
