Discovery Session

We start with a conversation. Before we look at any services or systems, we take time to understand how your business actually works — what you do, how your team operates day to day, where the frustrations are, and what you want to achieve.

  • Your priorities — what would make the biggest difference

Your Health Check results are reviewed by your consultant before this session — so you spend less time on background and more time on what matters.

Service Review

A structured, scored review across all key areas of how services and systems serve your business. We assess what's in place, how well it's working, and whether it's properly managed and documented.

Your Service Improvement Plan

The output of your Assessment. A written document that's yours to keep — act on it yourself, hand specific items to KHIT, or use it as the starting point for an ongoing relationship.

What happens after the Assessment?

You have three options. Act on the plan yourself. Ask KHIT to deliver specific items through a Service Project. Or move to ongoing management through our Virtual Service Manager service.

Remote or on-site?

We can deliver the Assessment remotely via video call or on-site at your premises. For businesses with 16+ staff, on-site is usually more effective. We cover the whole of the UK.

How long does it take?

The Discovery Session and Service Review are typically completed in one visit or call. Your Service Improvement Plan is delivered within 5 working days.
