Assessment pricing reflects the time and depth of work involved. Your fee is credited in full if you proceed to a Service Project or Virtual Service Manager.
Unlike suppliers who have products to promote, KHIT is completely independent. We work with what you already have and tell you the truth about whether it's doing the job.
You have three options. Act on the plan yourself. Ask KHIT to deliver specific items through a Service Project. Or move to ongoing management through our Virtual Service Manager service.
We can deliver the Assessment remotely via video call or on-site at your premises. For businesses with 16+ staff, on-site is usually more effective. We cover the whole of the UK.
The Discovery Session and Service Review are typically completed in one visit or call. Your Service Improvement Plan is delivered within 5 working days.
