Service Projects

We deliver the fixes.
Properly.

Every recommendation in your Service Improvement Plan can be handed to KHIT to deliver — scoped, costed, and completed with full documentation.

From recommendation to delivered

Service Projects are always scoped from your Service Improvement Plan. There's no guesswork — we know exactly what needs doing because we assessed it.

01

Scope from your Plan

Your Service Improvement Plan identifies exactly what needs attention and in what order. We take each item you want KHIT to deliver and turn it into a defined scope of work — what we'll do, how we'll do it, and what done looks like.

02

Fixed cost, agreed upfront

Every project is priced before we start. No surprises, no scope creep. You know exactly what you're committing to before you say yes. Projects can be taken one at a time or grouped — you're in control of the pace and the budget.

03

Delivered and documented

We deliver the work and document everything on completion. You get a plain-English handover — what was done, how it's set up, and what you need to know to keep it working. Your Service Improvement Plan is updated to reflect what's been completed.

04

Progress Review

Once a project is complete, we conduct a Progress Review — a check that everything is working as intended and an opportunity to plan the next priorities. This is also the natural point to consider whether ongoing management through the Virtual Service Manager makes sense.

Typical project types

Projects are always drawn from your Assessment findings. Here are some typical examples — though every business is different.

Quick Win

Data backup & recovery

Setting up reliable, tested backup systems so your business data is safe and recoverable. One of the most common and highest-impact actions from an Assessment.

Quick Win

Contract & licence review

Identifying what you're paying for, whether it's being used, and what can be renegotiated or cancelled. Often surfaces immediate cost savings.

Planned Work

Security & compliance

Addressing data protection obligations, access controls, and basic security measures. Reduces risk and satisfies regulatory requirements.

Planned Work

Supplier consolidation

Simplifying a fragmented supplier landscape — reducing the number of contacts, contracts, and invoices your business has to manage.

Planned Work

Remote working setup

Making sure your team can work effectively from any location — the right tools, properly configured, reliably accessible.

Strategic

Service roadmap

Planning what your business needs over the next 12–24 months — so you're making proactive decisions rather than reactive ones.

Scoped and costed before we start

Service Projects are priced individually based on scope. Every project has a fixed price agreed before any work begins.

Assessment → Project

Every project starts from a real assessment finding — not a sales conversation. This means the scope is clear, the priority is established, and the expected outcome is documented before we begin.

Your Assessment fee is credited in full when you proceed to a Service Project. You're investing in understanding your business, not being charged twice.
