What MSP Assure does
We check what your provider isn't telling you.
MSP Assure is independent oversight for businesses that use a managed IT provider. An independent consultant assesses what your MSP actually delivers against contract, obligation and best practice — breaking the dependency on your provider marking their own homework. We don't replace your MSP. We make sure they deliver.

Every KHITServices engagement leads to the same outcome — ongoing independent governance through a Virtual Service Delivery Manager (VSDM). MSP Assure is the route for when the question isn't how you manage your own service, but whether the provider you're paying is actually holding up their end.
External Supplier Assurance Partner
Health Check → Briefing → Review → VSDM. Assesses how your MSP delivers against what's promised. "We make sure your IT provider delivers what you're paying for."
Have both internal gaps and an underperforming MSP? Both routes can run together — your VSDM becomes a Combined Assurance Partner, governing both.
How it works
Four steps, free until you decide to go deeper.
MSP Assure follows the same free Health Check → Briefing → Review structure as the standard route. Your Health Check answers determine whether what follows focuses on your own service, your MSP, or both — Briefing and Review aren't badged differently, just shaped by what you tell us.
Health Check
Free. Around 10 minutes. Covers your MSP relationship across five domains: contract & coverage, service levels, reporting & visibility, incident management, and relationship health. You'll identify your provider by name so the assessment is grounded in the actual relationship, not a generic checklist.
Briefing
Free, no charge. A consultant-led session turning your Health Check results into clear findings and a scope sketch for a Review, if one looks worthwhile. No obligation to continue.
Review
Flat £1,200. An in-depth, independent assessment of what your provider actually delivers — five modules, RAG scoring, and prioritised recommendations covering what your MSP should be doing, isn't, and how to fix it.
VSDM — External Supplier Assurance Partner
£500 per engagement day remote, or £750 including one day onsite — most clients use one or two days a month, not every day. Ongoing governance: renegotiating contracts, defining SLAs, improving incident processes, and holding your MSP accountable month by month. Reassessed at 6 months so the improvement is evidenced, not assumed.

- Reporting & Visibility — do you receive reports, and can you interpret them.
- Incident Management — how incidents are handled, and whether you receive root cause analysis.

Pricing
Same as the standard route.
Health Check and Briefing are free, no charge, on either route. Review is a flat £1,200 — no headcount banding. VSDM (External Supplier Assurance Partner) is £500 per engagement day remote, or £750 including one day onsite — most clients use one or two days a month.
